Champagne Skirt Service Guide
Please review the guide below to ensure a smooth and streamlined champagne skirt booking for you and your guests!
CHAMPAGNE & GLASSWARE
Champagne and glassware are provided by the client or catering team, not by Maison de V.
Standard champagne flutes fit perfectly in the skirt.
Suggested rental option:
6 oz Champagne Flute – CORT Party Rental
The Champagne Skirt holds 100 glasses at a time
We recommend half-pours (about 3 oz per glass)
Plan for at least 1.5 glasses per guest so the skirt looks full and festive throughout the set.
Step 1: Calculate total glasses needed
Guests × 1.5 = Total number of glasses
Step 2: Calculate bottles needed
Each 750ml bottle = approximately 8 half-pours
So:
Total glasses ÷ 8 = Total bottles to order
[EXAMPLE] Guest Count: 120
120 guests × 1.5 = 180 glasses total
180 ÷ 8 = 23 bottles of champagne
Skirt Size
The champagne skirt is 4 ft in diameter and is assembled on-site by our Talent Manager.
The skirt does not fit through a standard single doorway once built.
It is on wheels, making it easy to move around the space once assembled.
Refill Station
Please share the following info with our team:
The bar or refill station location
The skirt build/performance area(s)
The refill area should include a 6-ft table for glasses and pouring.
Pouring
Please make sure your venue’s bar staff is aware of this booking and understands that we will need their support on-site.
Our Talent Manager will coordinate with your bar staff upon arrival to handle prep and pouring.
The bar team should pour 100 glasses at least 15 minutes before the start of the set.
Half-pours are recommended to prevent glasses from tipping.
Our talent manager will help refill and maintain the skirt throughout the set.
